Karma (A Mindless Behavior Story)

Understanding

I have to write on my phone so excuse any mistakes.....

{Jacob's POV}

I drove Karma to the lake. I set up our little picnic area before I came to get her.

She looked really pretty. I'm actually willing to change for her, I mean if she let's me date her.

"Jacob, you're staring again." Karma chuckled.

"Oh sorry, you're just really pretty." I nervously laughed.

We got out the car and walked towards the picnic area.

"A picnic? I haven't had one of these in forever!" Karma beamed in excitement.

We sat down on the blanket and she started hugging herself.

"Here, let me go get the other blanket." I said, handing her one of the sandwiches I made.

"No I'm fine. Sit." I sat back down and handed her my sweater.

"At least wear this please." I insisted.

She put the sweater on and started to eat her sandwich.

"Jacob this is really good!" She moaned. Damn, that turned me all the way on.

"Thanks." I smiled. I started biting my sandwich.

"Why do you try to be like him?" Karma asked.

"What?"

"Why do you try to be like your brother?"

"I don't tr-"

"You do. You disrespect women, take advantage of them. It's like it's in y'all blood or something."

"Oh. I never really thought of it like that. But maybe it's because we never had a father figure. And when my dad was around he would beat up my mom, and my older brother thought it was the coolest thing ever. My dad got my mom to do anything by threatening her, and Oliver was around that. I was too young to understand, but when my brother taught me his ways it just clicked." Wow, I never meant to pour all that out.

"I'm sorry." Karma hugged me. I hesitated to hug back, but I did.

"I want to change Karma. I should be the one saying sorry. I want to change so we can be in a relationship or something."

"I finally understand you Jacob. After all these years, I understand you. You're not to bad." Karma kissed me on the cheek. I blushed a bit. Am I really falling for this girl?

So I updated.... I would love for y'all to be more active tbh. 13K reads and only 2 people commented on that last chapter.

But anyways...
