Imagine #41: Bad Boyfriend

You sat down in your apartment and sighed. You missed your boyfriend, Kendall Schmidt. He has been busy so much lately you don't see him anymore. He is getting ready to go on another tour with his band, Heffron Drive.

"(Y/N)?!" Kendall called, walking into your apartment.

"Living room!' You called back. A few seconds later Kendall appeared into the living room.

"Hey" he said, sitting down next to you.

"Not that I don't love you being here, but.. what are you doing here?" You asked.

"I had a little time before the next interview and I haven't seen you all week I-" Kendall was interrupted by his phone going off. He sighed and took it out of his pocket. "It's Dustin" Kendall said before he answered it. You brought your attention back to  the television as Kendall talked to him. "Alright alright. I'll be there soon." Kendall said and he hung up.

"Have to go?" You said. Kendall looked at you.

"I'm sorry. I promise I'll make it up to you." Kendall said. He kissed your check and then left. You sighed and just laid back on the couch.

You and Kendall completely drifted and you know it. It has been weeks since you and Kendall went out on a date or spent a day together really. He has been focused on the new tour promoting his acoustic album with Dustin. To top it all off tour leaves next week and you don't know how long he will be gone or if you can even go with him.

Your phone went off and you looked that you had a text.

My interview started in 10 minutes! :) xx Kendall

You sighed and turned the channel to watch his interview. As much as you two drifted you still supported him.

"We are here with Kendall Schmidt of Big Time Rush and Heffron Drive." the interviewer said. Kendall smiled and waved. "Hey Kendall how is it going?" 

"It is going great." Kendall said.

"You are getting ready for tour right now. How is that going?" the interviewer asked.

"It is going great. We are rehearsing a lot and doing interviews." Kendall said.

"Well, you have some fans that want to ask you some questions if that's okay with you." the interviewer said.

"Awesome." Kendall said and a girl stood up.

"Kendall, you have busy getting ready for tour so I wanted to know if you and (Y/N) have been going on a dates to make up for being busy?" the girl asked. I watched as Kendall just starred at her.

"Like you said I have been really busy getting ready for tour and (Y/n) understands that." Kendall started to say when another girl stood up.

"I get the whole being too busy for dates, but you at least have been sending her sweet things and doing sweet things for her right?" the girl asked.

"I.." Kendall started to say, but someone else spoke up.

"Is (Y/N) going to tour with you?" she asked.

"Well.." Kendall seemed to be lost at words as more stood up. They were shouting random questions at him and he didn't know what to say. "I'm a bad boyfriend."
