Ben watched from a far in Auardon Prep. Mal and her new boyfriend. Ben sighed. He missed her. He should have never let her go. It seemed right in the moment but now he had his regrets. He still loved her. He always would but he now wondered did she feel the same or has she moved on? Maybe she loves Tobin now maybe even more than she ever loved Ben

What Ben didn't know was Mal missed him terribly. Tobin asked her out and she simply accepted. 1) to be polite and 2) She thought it could help her get over Ben but unfortunately it made matters worse. She felt bad for Tobin he really liked her but the feeling was not the same on her part. She liked him as a friend but nothing more.

Why did they break up? No one in the media knows for sure. The press are dying to find out the gossip about their breakup to write on their blogs and magazines. Realistically, Ben and Mal broke up because of Ben's Council. Especially Queen Leah which was expected as she wanted Audrey to be queen. The council hated the idea of Bal and they threatened to kick Ben off the throne if they were seen in public together. In their eyes a villain kid could never be a part of the royal family. No matter how hard Mal tried to show them how much she has changed. Their opinion would remain the same. Mal had redeemed herself several times yet there was no improvement on their opinion of her. She will only ever be the daughter of Maleficent in their eyes. At first hiding their relationship in public was fine until both of them soon became unhappy and decided mutually it would be better if they weren't together. Which in theory was exactly what the council wanted to happen.

Ben decided to take a walk to clear his head. Of course he saw Tobin and Mal. ( Eww, Their shipname would be like Mobin. Bal >>>>>>>> )
Tobin looked so happy as did Mal. Well he thought she did. Ben sighed and turned away and walked in the opposite direction. Mal said her goodbyes to Tobin and soon she lay alone. She took a seat on a bench and began to think deeply about her strong feelings for King Bennyboo.

Mal kept walking. Like She was looking for something well someone to be specific. After hours of walking around endlessly, she bumped into her missing piece.

" Ben " Mal smiled

" Hey Mal " Ben said sadly

" I love you. I miss you. Please give me another chance. I don't care about the council. I only care about you. Us. Our relationship " Mal said quickly

Ben's frown quickly turned into the brightest smile you'll ever see. He pulled her into an endless hug and thinking about how grateful he is that she still loved him and how wrong he was thinking Mal had no feelings for him.
