she was a fool
to think
they truly loved her
that everyone
adored her
for her kindness
that they loved
her charm, wit,
winks, and golden heart
they don't
they don't love her
they wish to use her
and now i have to kill her
all over again
i'm disgusted by
her wide eyes, wider smiles
oh, so trusting
i hate her laugh
and her unfocused eyes
and her unworthy skin
she needs to die
she needs to survive
she needs to be cold
manipulative
and a monster
i need to take her place
wear the fangs
wear the claws
and growl
growl for them to see
for them to back away
for them to run
scream for them to pale
for them to stumble
for them to scramble
you are a monster
you will hurt
those who hurt you
until they cannot hurt any longer
and you will hate it
