The next morning, Miriam bursted into Leah's private chamber and woke her up.

"Good morning your highness, it's time to rise and shine! Today is your coronation day so we have to get you ready for it!"

Leah sat up and rubbed her eye. "But it's too early...... " She whined.

"There's never such a thing as too early your majesty. Now let's get you ready for coronation. Who knows, if you're ready early, you may be able to explore the palace before the crowning ceremony!"

Leah sat up straight as she heard the word "explore". She hurridely kicked off of her duvet cover as she stood up.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's get started!" She exclaimed.

Knowing Leah meant what she said, Miriam laughed and obeyed Leah's orders.

Leah was all ready for coronation except she's missing a crown. It didn't matter to her since she'll be receiving one during the ceremony. She skipped out of the door since this time her gown was made for her to move around more. It would be wrong to say that she's a tomboy. It would also be incorrect to say that she's a girly girl as well. She's somewhere in between. She hummed a tune of happiness as she wandered in the empty castle halls. She skidded to a stop when she heard Edmond's voice coming out of one of the doors. She giggled and knocked on it.

"Who is it?" Edmond's voice came.

"Guess who~" Leah teased in a friendly matter.

"Oh Leah, your voice totally gave you out." Edmond's voice came nearer and nearer as he unlocked the door. "How are-whoa, you look gorgeous today!" He exclaimed.

"Heh heh, thanks!" Leah giggled. "Thanks to Miriam I guess."

"Miriam?" He asked while pulled her inside.

"Oh, she's my personal maid. Sorry if I confused you." She scratched the back of her long, straight black locks with an awkward smile.

"No you're fine." Edmond sat down on a chair and motioned for Leah to sit as well.

Leah came over and sat down as she noticed how Edmond look today. "You don't look half as bad yourself Ed." She smiled.

"Thanks for the compliment. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous." Edmond looked outside of the window. "I don't know if I'd make a good king."

"Edmond," Leah begin. "Remember what Aslan said? 'Once a king and a queen in Narnia, you're always a king and a queen.' . Did you forget?"

"I know..... " Edmond trailed off. " But are you really sure that I'm up for it?"

"Edmond!" Leah slapped his arm to get him back into reality.

"Oh, sorry." Edmond smiled apologetically.

Leah sighed. "It's fine. I'm planning on exploring the castle before the crowning ceremony. Wanna join me?"

"Sure!" Edmond moved out of his chair. He went to the door and opened it for Leah. "Ladies first." He curtsied, earning a laugh from Leah.

"Edmond, what had gotten to you?"

Edmond smirked and wrapped his arm around Leah's waist. "You." He replied. Leah blushed as she slapped him again.

"You'd better be serious during coronation or you'll be in trouble! "

Edmond laughed as him and Leah made their way down the hall.

The time passed fast. Soon it was the crowning ceremony. All five children dressed elegantly and importantly as they made their way toward Aslan, who will be crowning them kings and queens of Narnia.

First, the great lion walked over to Peter with Mr. Tumnus holding the tray with the crowns atop of the velvety cover. To Peter, Aslan declared.

"Peter Pevensie, the oldest of the Pevensie children, I crown you the high king of Narnia. From now, you will no longer be known as simply Peter. You'll be known as King Peter the Magnificent."

Peter bowed as Mr. Tumnus set the crown on Peter's head. Then walking over to Susan, Aslan repeated the process.

"Susan Pevensie, you have shown your bravery and generosity of heart to the wounded soldiers of Narnia. For that, you shall no longer be known as Susan. You shall now be Queen Susan the Gentle."

Susan lowered her head as the faun set a crown of golden olive leaves upon her. Moving to Edmond, Aslan said:

"Edmond Pevensie, your courageous deed with the witch shall never be forgotten. Your name will no longer be Edmond. You shall be known from this day on as King Edmond the Just."

Edmond stood solumnly as Mr. Tumnus put his crown upon him. He didn't need to bow since Mr. Tumnus was tall enough to reach him. To Leah, Aslan laughed proudly.

"Leah McMaster. You have proven yourself to be a great master with magic. Use it well. And do not turn from the good ways. For your wisdom and courage, you'll be named Queen Leah the Wise throughout Narnia!"

Mr. Tumnus smiled and put the crown on top of Leah. It felt light and it fit perfectly on her head. Aslan turned to Lucy, the youngest of the five. He spoke to her with great care.

"Lucy Pevensie. You have fought bravely against the battle with the witch. Even until the end you have not backed down in fear of the evil one. Thus I name you Queen Lucy the Valiant."

After Mr. Tumnus finished crowning the children, the kingdom was in an uproar of cheers as the new kings and queens of Narnia sat on their perspective thrones.
