Do you believe in Angels? I do. In the Christian tradition, the first prayer parents usually teach their young children is the short prayer entitled, Angel of God.
We believe someone loving and caring is guarding our children and protecting them from harm and from the snares of the enemy.
When my child was a baby, we were sleeping together in bed. I woke up in the middle of the night and I found my baby hanging in the mosquito net which was tucked safely under a pillow. She did not fall off the bed. That incident made me feel so grateful. Something really bad could have happened to her. I'm sure my guardian angel woke me up so I can protect my baby from falling. I also believe her guardian angel protected her from falling and caught her in the mosquito net to hold her there while my angel was waking me up.
When she was a little bigger, she really fell from the bed. Thanks to her guardian angel, her pillow fell ahead of her and cushioned her body as it reached the floor. So, again she was not hurt.
I really believe we each have a guardian angel who watches over us and takes care of us. Don't you think so, too?
