Chapter 14

Happy Thanksgiving!!! Here is a chapter for you lovelies! It is longer then the last few I've posted, and I hope you enjoy!

"Harper ?"
I look up an what I see my breath hitches
"Randal!" I shriek I jump up and hug him, then see that he is holding my baby, my precious baby boy Dylan.
"Oh dylan, my sweet baby boy" I coo as I hold him close.
"Randal, where's Shane ?" I ask looking around hopeful.
"Harp, um u need to sit for this."
I think in that moment my heart broke more then it had its whole life.
I go and put Dylan down with Mick and sit down.
"Harper, we kept getting chased, we kept getting deeper into the prison, no light either, we ran out of bullets, Shane ran into something and cut his leg up pretty bad, he gave me Dylan and told me to run, told me to run for my life and protect Dylan with my life. To find you and tell you that he loves you and your guys sweet baby boys, and that he will always be there with you, he then pushed me and yelled for the walkers and ran while I went back to where we came from. But before I left he gave me this."
Randal handed me Shane's 22 pendant necklace.
"He wanted u to have it so he's always with you"
At this moment I'm in tears, a sobbing mess, tears and snot rolling down my face.
"Oh Randal, I loved him so much" I sob hugging him.
"I know you did, and I'm so sorry"
I sobbed harder holding on to Randal while he held me close to him, caressing my hair and saying 'shh' over and over again just like Shane would/did. Just when I thought my life was great, it was shattered from a stupid prisoner here, then when I thought it could get better, getting hope again by seeing Randal, it was shattered again by knowing for a fact that Shane is dead.

•morning•
I woke up to Randal lightly shaking me awake.
"Harp, Harper, I think the babies are hungry." He says as the I start to hear the wining a bit.
"Alright alright I'm up." I said getting up and grabbing the kids.
"I'll uh, um go then" Randal said.
"Yeah good idea" I chuckle.
After feeding the kids I gave them to Beth and told her I just needed some time.
"Hey Harper how are you doing ?" Hershel asks.
"I'm alright, just need some time" I said walking towards the side of the prison Shane had gone too.
"I need to find the body, we need to let him to rest." I said to myself.
After awhile of walking and killing walker after walker.
"Come on! Come on you sons of bitches!" I yell as I kill more walkers as they come for me. I eventually clear out the area.
'Come on Harper, you can do this' I said to myself.
I slid down the wall and just started crying, and sobbing.
'Oh Shane, why did you have to leave me?' I cried out sobbing. 'I miss you so much' I choked out.
"H-Harper?"
I stopped sobbing as I listened, I would have sworn I heard my name.
"Harper."
"Shane?!" I yelled out standing to my feet.
"In here." Said a faint voice. That has to be Shane. It has to be. I noticed a door, and ran to it opening it wide, to see a very weak and pale Shane.
"Oh Shane." I cried out.
"Baby I'm ok"
"No no your not ok, your covered in blood and dirt. Come on" I said grabbing his arm and helping him up.
"Ahh" Shane yelled out.
"What's wrong?"
"I hit something down here and it cut open my thigh and and then I was stabbed in the side."
"How the hell were u stabbed?" I asked panicked.
"Stupid mistake, I was trying to fight off walkers, loosing blood from whatever I hit, so I fell on a walker and stabbed myself."
"Oh my gosh you idiot" I chuckled.
"But that doesn't sounds like you"
"Harper, it's ok alright ?" Shane said with harshness in his voice.
"We are almost there just hold on a bit more." I said.
I finally got Shane back to everyone and everyone was so happy. Hershel went straight to work fixing him up. I went to my boys in the mean time and fed them, and just bonded with them.
"Harper Shane wants to see you." Maggie said from my cell door.
"Alright" I decided to bring the kids with me, Shane would want to see them.
"Hey baby." I said
"Hey babe." Shane said with a smile.
"Aw my boys" Shane said with love in his eyes.
"Want to hold them."
"Yeah I do." I handed them to Shane and made sure not to hurt him and put them on the side that's not hurt.
"I lied Harper." Shane said
"W-what did you lie about?"
"I didn't stab myself. Randal he uh he accidentally shot me. And I told him not to tell you. I told him I wanted him to protect u, I didn't want you to be upset with him." Shane said.
"I -Shane I don't know what to say, like I'm glad you told me but are you sure it was an accident? I mean ran-"
"Harper it was dark he took me as a walker." Shane said holding my hand.
"Alright" I said sighing. I then smiled and leaned down and kissed Shane.
"Mm I love you." Shane said with a grin on his face, using his free hand to bring my face back closer to his and kissing me passionately.
Sighing into the kiss I was happy.
After our shared kiss I told him that he should get some rest.
"Oh alright. Tomorrow though I'm getting out of this bed and sleeping next to my girl." Shane said smirking.
"Yeah alright, we'll see about that" I said winking at him, with a smirk.
"Hey Harper" Randal said
"Hey Randal, Shane told me."
"I'm sorry Harper." He said with such sadness in his eyes.
"It's ok." I said struggling to keep up both boys in my arms.
"Need help?"
"No I got it." I said walking to my room and closing the door.
Maybe you can still have love and happiness in this world, even if it says no.

You guys thought I was that cruel to kill Shane off!? Hell no. I'm not that mean lol. I love Shane's character and I love this story. But sadly it will be coming to an end soon. So please let me know what you think and what u would like to see. If I can get more people reading this then maybe I'll continue but for right now it's coming to an end.
