Self deprecation, shame, anger, and pain is what you felt for this situation.
Not realizing it orgin, you were manipulated by a puppet master far more advanced than you inspite of your gifted mind due to experience and age
This person knew what strings to push and pull what triggers to insue but your no monster.
I've seen those before your not one of them just a victim abused by another victim.
But how strong you are, you are a survivor. Tell this story and prevent her from inflicting this shame on another one.
