Chapter 2 || Fudge! I'm So Late

Oh Shit! I forgot to call Mackenzie! Maybe it's her. I quickly grabbed my phone from my dresser. I looked at the contact name . Mother. Agh. What does she want now? I clicked her call and I notice she had left me a text. It read -

"Don't be late for school sweetheart! "

My mom acts so bipolar sometimes. One time she's yelling at me and the other time she's calling me "sweetheart", and "sweetie" and other babish names like that.
I almost forgot, Mackenzie!
I sent her a text-

Emlicious: Mack, I need a ride for school...PLS

MackerYourMom_xD: Oh Em, smh of course you woke up late, I'm going to have to be send Cameron Anderson to wake you up ;)

I simply shook my head and chuckled. Mack knows about my crush on Cameron which I've had since kindergarten. She and Cameron has beef too, but it's none of my bisness so I don't bother asking. Even though she despises him, she's always teasing me.

Emlicious: So... No ride? -_-

MackerYourMom_xD: yep

Emlicious: Plzzz!!!

MackerYourMom_xD: Ok, Fine I'm outside your house

Emlicious: That quick? Wow thank you! Your Fast tho. Obey the speed limits lady. Lol

MakerYourMom_xD: I knew you would wake up late today of all days :)

Emlicious: How?

MakerYourMom_xD: It's Monday.

Emlicious: Ohhh
Wait a second. She called me lazy!

Emlicious: Hey!

MakerYourMom_xD: :D

I combed my hair and decided to flat iron it for a change.

What was wrong with me?

When did I start caring about my hair?

I glanced at my dresser and saw a note on the mirror.

It was from Danielle saying to wear some of her makeup or she won't drop me of at school tomorrow. Ugh! she was so mean to me.
I did need a ride tomorrow. After all Mackenzie has a dentist appointment.

I looked at the mirror and sighed. My long blonde hair has a few spacks of brown in it.
My blue eyes are shining thrrough the mirror. I'm just an average person, mostly less.

Like, Cameron would actually go out with me.

Huh, in my dreams.

After watching several youtube videos on how to apply makeup, I finally learned.

I applied a little bit makeup including eyeliner to make my eyes pop. i didn't bother looking at my self in the mirror. I knew i still wasn't pretty.

I grabbed my yellow cardian and dash out my bedroom door grabing a chocolate chip muffin from the kitchen on way.
I take my bag from the couch.

I run outside and stop in my tracks. "Oh. My. God." I yelled.

I caught Mack making out with Carson, a hot blonde with electric blue eyes.

He's my annoying neighbor who "claims" has had a crush on me since 3rd grade. Sure, he's cute, but he's a stalker.

I've been to his house once and he has a wall filled with pictures of me I didn't even know were taken in his bedroom.
