MONET WOLFF was now used to being alone. She was now used to what life was like on the road. But don't take it the wrong way, Monet was happier this way. If she was alone then she didn't have to worry about being treated as if she wasn't human, she wouldn't be abused and abandoned by the people she thought she could love. It didn't matter to her if being happy meant that she had to struggle to get by occasionally. Nobody could judge her if she was alone in the woods, they couldn't scream and point when ice began to grow from her skin. When it would grow so big she couldn't control the fact it was attaching itself to other people. ★ But if that was truly the case. If being alone was the only way Monet could be happy. Then how could she let two boys weasel their way into her life? How could she let them become so close to her? Monet used to be so sure that she was happy being alone. But now she wasn't.
