"She never looked nice. She looked like art, and art wasn't supposed to look nice; it was supposed to make you feel something."

Two misfits.
One extraordinary love.

I still remember the day I bought my first novel. Just like other non-readers, I considered books without a single picture boring. But that day... That damn day, a certain Recklessness took over me. I was mad at my mom and had a bad fight with my girlfriend. My ex girlfriend humiliated me and I wanted a distraction from the world. Being a 16 year old, smoking or drinking were definitely an option but I considered reading.

I headed out without a single word and went to the nearby mall. I entered bargain book hut (a bookstore there) and my eyes went on 2 books.

1. The girl in room 103
2. Eleanore and Park.

Well, I read the description and as I was looking for romance, the girl in room 103 wasn't an option as it were clearly written this is not a love story.

So, I went for Eleanore and Park and started reading it and snap i became a reader.

If you ask me. The ending always makes me curious... Till this day, it does. I hate how the writer just left me with so many questions... But they are teenagers and teenagers don't have happy endings, they have beginnings. ❤️😌
