Preeta was in her room searching for the perfect outfit for the evening ball when a knock landed on the door. It was Karan.
Preeta: Arre.. Tum yahaan? Aao na.
Karan: Haan.. Woh mujhe laga ki tum ball ko leke thoda confused hogi.. Outfits and all.. Isiliye help karne aa gaya.
Preeta: Haan.. Dekho na.. Kuch mil hi nahi raha hai.
Karan(smiles): Maine tumhaare liye already ek dress khareed li hai shaam ke liye
Preeta(shocked): Kya?
Karan claps his hands and a few female servants come in with the gown. Preeta was stunned seeing it.
Preeta: Yeh mein pehnoongi?
Karan: Haan.. Mujhe laga tumpe achha lagega.. Isiliye le liya
Preeta: Thank you so much.. Yeh bohot sundar hai.
Karan: Great! Toh shaam ko ready hoke na mujhe neeche milna ball room mein?
Preeta(smiles): Okay
Karan leaves while Preeta smiles seeing him.
Preeta(in mind): Preeta, Kuch bhi mat soch.. Mere liye uske dil mein sirf dosti hai aur kuch nahi..
In the Evening,
Preeta was ready giving the final touch-ups to her look.

She starts looking for Karan and finds him talking to Mahira and her family. She goes to him and pats on his back. He turns and instantly gets lost in her.
