A black-and-white tom cat with blue eyes
Personality: he is a chirpy Tom. It's where he got his name. He loves to talk about everything. He is very hasty and talks really fast about important and non-important things. He bounces around a lot. He can never stay still long enough, and might have to become a medicine cat because of it. Of course he's not discouraged. He knows it might be the best for his endless bought of energy.
