The Grave in the Woods

Slight trigger warning covers topic of death.

As I turn around I meet the eyes, the eyes are chilling yet welcoming.
The irises yellow and green.
I pluck them from their place and weave them together.
As I place the crown upon my head the ground starts to rumble.

I look up to see the giant stepping towards me.
I stand to greet the giant and he does the same.
I tell the giant my name.
I tell the giant my wish.

The giant tells me my fate.
The giant leaves.

I close my eyes as the tide closes in.
The faeries heave me off the ground and fly me to my destined location.
I keep my eyes closed for I am scared to look down.

I gather the courage to look down and I am met with the vast lands and oceans I call home.
As we reach my destiny I feel anxious and excited.

The faeries leave me and I start my journey the journey to my house.
My house is hidden from the world, just how I like it.
I am never bothered nor am I disturbed.
I have all that I need.
Now I can rest in peace.

If your wondering what the gentleman asked for, you can ask him yourself.
All you have to do is visit the grave in the woods where no one roams.
