It's been seven years since you've known Tanjiro. You were high school besties since second year. You admired the boy and have been best friends with him since then.

You only thought of him as a best friend and nothing more than that, though.

One night both of you went to a party where some of your friends got drunk. Even Tanjiro got drunk.

So that was the day, that you blushed for the first time in your life.

You've never really experienced romantic attraction nor sexual, but now you realized that maybe you were wrong on the romantic part.

Tanjiro leans in on the table you're sitting at. "Hey cutie, what's your name?" He asks, smiling widely, his signature smile not fading but also a hint of it being a bit tipsy and shaky because of the amout of alcohol he drank.

"Tanjiro. It's me, Y/n. Your best friend. You're drunk. I'm sending you home." You said with a stoic face, yet inside you were shocked at the fact he just blatantly said you were a cutie.

"Ah, Y/n. What a pretty name for a pretty face. Can I have your number?" He asks, his voice raspy and drunken.

"You already have it, Tanjiro. I'm sending you home." You grab his arm and put it over your shoulder.

You had to get a taxi to your shared dorm since both of you decided as best friends you would share a dorm together.

After arriving, you put the burgundy haired boy down on the bed. "Hey, it's unappropriate for me to be carried home like this! Thank you for... sending me... to my dorm though..." Tanjiro fell asleep.

You smile, and you blush at his sleeping figure. Some people say that when you're drunk you do the things you would do if you had no shame. And you don't normally believe what rumors or what others say but this one's an exception.

Wait for my feelings to reason back, Tanjiro.

You give him a kiss on the forehead.
