I sit here staring out the window in disbelief as i watch the clouds sway past me and the rays of light coming through the window to warm my stone cold face, i can feel the air sit uneasily as the aircraft shifts and turns as if we were about to crash, the captain has explained we've entered turbulence but i know that every single one of us in the aircraft will fall to out death in a matter of time, i can't help but watch the clouds in the pitch blackness, i can only see the lights underneath us from the city below, as they stare at us like a distorted space shuttle about to demolish earth, the lady beside me is peacefully reading her book, but the odd pray to god you hear come from her dry lips and she prays it will be okay, the lights shut off as someone screams from the wing of the plane, you feel the swaying and the odd drop with the constant moving, sitting in your seat unable to control anything around you, like a zombie chasing a brain from a treadmill, you can't control it, and you can't move, you just sit there and pray that your life will not end so soon, that everything will the okay and that your last words won't be "have mercy" as you plummet to your death.
