015: A Few Good Men

Blake walks to the boarding house and she finds Aiden feeding from some some sorority girls, drunk ones. She tilts her head to the side but says nothing. She feeds form one herself. Damon smirks as he and William walks in. Stefan walks in and he flips the lights on.

"No!" Aiden groans. "It's buzzkill Bob!"

Stefan ignored the comment and turns the music off. Blake wipes her mouth and she wraps herself in Williams arms.

"Greetings," Aiden purrs.

"I have council stuff to do in my day off," Blake says to William. "You going to be ok with the Salvatore's?"

"I'll manage," William replies and he kisses Blake. "I love you."

"I love you, too," Blake replies and she heads out after she gives Damon a hug in greeting.

Blake heads out toward the Grill to help with the whole Founder's Fundraiser thing. There is some kind of auction going on tonight. Jenna and Alaric are at the large window hanging a banner.

"Hey, Ric!" Blake chirps.

Alaric turns his head quickly and looks at her. "Hey, Blake."

"Be nice to him, sis!" Blake muses.

Jenna laughs. "I'm being nice, Blake."

Blake nods and she heads inside to help prep the inside. Robert smiles at his favorite waitress, who has the day off.

"Working on your day off, huh?" Robert muses.

"Being a member of a founding family does have its downfalls," Blake replies. "But I love being a Gilbert."

Robert smiles before heading back to his office. Blake looks at the bartender and she begins working on the fundraiser stuff again.

Blake is sitting one corner of the bar with some papers and a glass of bourbon. Mayor Lockwood is having Blake study up on all the other Founder's events leading up to Founder's day because she's still kind of new to the council. She looks up slightly and spots Aiden at the bar. Liz Forbes walks up to him.

"Can I get some more bourbon?" Blake asks the bartender, the guy nods and does as asked.

Blake returns to the papers before her and she blows hake our of her face. Aiden looks over at her before turning his full attention to Liz.

Blake has had a very long day. She's helped the community set the Grill up for this fundraiser. Now, Carol Lockwood is om the stage. She's introducing the event.

"Tickets for the raffle are now on sale," Carol tells everyone. "All proceeds benefit the annual Founder's Day celebration."

Blake knew this. Mayor Lockwood explained it all to her, AND it was in some of the papers he had given her. She watches Alaric and Jenna, Alaric seems tense and Jenna looks uncomfortable and understanding about something. Blake shrugs it off and she heads for the bar. She orders a vodka tonic and she finds a bar stool to sit on.

Elena is with Caroline amd Matt at the front of the Grill handing out tickets. Blake was the one who got the volunteers. She smirks as Kelly Donovan walks in, Kelly is Matt and Vicki's mother who is always away from her kids and Mystic Falls.
