It was a monday evening. Archie was walking Veronica home after school. When they walked  to Veronicas home there were alot of cars.
"Hmm, wierdly there is a car parked here. I wonder, oh, wonder, what is my dad up to now?" Veronica suspiciously said.
" that car looks familiar. Too familiar. I know that car.. i just can't remember who's it is."Archie said
"It's okay. I'll text you when i find out. Text me when you get home?" Veronica turned to Archie and planted a soft kiss on his cheek
Archie just smiled, walked with her to her door, and left.
It was a rainy day. So whatever it was, Veronica was ready for everything.
She opend the door and she was not expecting this.
There was an FBI agent. Talked about something serious with her parents. She could read the face expression from her mother's face, that it was something serious, and her dads face also was saying, that something is not right.
"Daddy, what is happening?" Veronica nervously asked
"Mihà,  we weren't expecting you home this early... This is FBI agent Charles Smith.. could you go to your room, please? " Hirum, her dad stud up and said
"Daddy, who is in trouble?" Veronica repeated
"no one is trouble. We just need to talk." Charles said, and Veronica left.
After about an hour, when the agent left.
When Veronica was sure she went straight to her fathers study.
" what was that all about?" She suspiciously asked
Her dad sighed and said :" Veronica, sit down"
Then she knew, that something really wasn't right.
" do you remember you sister Madelaine?" He asked
"Yes. She stayed with Nana, when we left for Riverdale. Why?" Veronica was confused
" neither you mother or me said to you, but a few days ago she went missing, and the FBI agent has an idea were she could be."
"Wait.. she is lost? Daddy, she is only 13, and if she is dead? " Veronica started panicking
"Why didn't she even come here already?" She continued and stud up, started walked around
Her dad stud up, walked in front of her, putted his hands on her shoulders, and said: " Veronica, relax"
How? How, can you be calm? SHE IS MISSING DADDY" Veronica shouted
" but that is not all. Come sit down"
*They sit down*
" if you remember Evelyn, from the farm, she has escaped the prison, and Charles, the agent, today, deliverd the information, that she is keeping her hostage, here in Riverdale." Be said
"Wait, she? HOW DID SHE ESCAPED? And, how do you know she hasn't taken her kidney, lung or maybe blood?" Veronica said
"VERONICA. Yes, we don't know if she hasn't done anything to her, but we are going to get her back, here, safe with us in our house." Hirum said, pulling her in a hug
Veronica had a few tears falling, and a soft sob when she said: " what if.."
He cut her down and said:" there are no what if's. We are going to get her back."
