I haven't really made a really detailed plan on how I'm gonna do this, but I have the big parts figured out.

When it comes to weight loss diet is like 80% and exercise is the remaining 20%
And what I have learned from some past tries; for me DIET is supper hard, but this time I got a plan

My plan when it come to diet is to count calories. I know that some people are against it, but hear me out. Counting calories is simply so I know that I'm in a calorie deficit.
The reason it can be "dangerous" is if people abuse it and become completely addicted to it.
No matter what people think I have decided that counting calories are the smartest thing for me. When I count calories I will get more control. I am planning to eat between 1300-1600 calories depending on what I'm doing that day. On some occasions I'm gonna be more flexible.

The other thing I will be during a lot of during this journey to a new lifestyle is exercise. In 2019 I trained 2-3(mostly 2) times a week, which is gonna change in 2020. I plan on training 5 or more times a week. But of course not as hard each time. I'll have some days where I simply just do some light exercises.

Some other parts of my plan is:

- What will I do when I get a craving
- Healthy snacks
- Emotional eating
- Taking measurements and weighting myself
- Am I good enough?

These "parts" are some of the things that I'll write about in the next chapters.

Just so you guys know, I'm a huge quote person so there will probably be some quotes on each post. Sorry🙈

 Sorry🙈
