Oh my goodness Amy said smiling.

She was so happy.

How far along am I Amy asked.

A little more than six weeks doctor Adler said .

On the way home Amy was trying to think of a clever way to tell everyone .

Amy was greeted with a kiss when she got home.

How did your appointment go Ty asked.

It was okay Amy said.

Well what did the doctor say Ty said.

She said contrary to what your husband don't believe you're not dying Amy joked.

Very funny Ty laughed.

What did she really say Ty asked.

It was probably just an allergic reaction to something I ate Amy lied.

Ty knew she made a doctor's appointment for today but Amy didn't tell witch doctor she was going to see.

It was an honest mistake but now it was working in her favor.

That's weird do you know what it was Ty asked.

No I have no idea and there's no allergy tests available for almost two months Amy said.

Oh that sucks Ty said feeling bad for Amy.

Yes it does Amy said.

A few hours later Ty went to pick Luke up from school leaving Lyndy at home with Amy.

Amy was super nauseous.

She was laying on the couch watching Lyndy play.

When Ty and Luke got home Ty heard Amy throwing up in the bathroom.

Are you dying Luke asked after this happened a few more times.

Amy laughed no I'm fine.

Are you sure Luke asked worried about her

Can you keep a secret Amy asked Luke.

Yes  I hope it's a good thing Luke said.

It is come here Amy said.

Luke did as he was told.

I'm pregnant Amy whispered.

How is that a good thing Luke yelled running out of the house  .

Amy ran after him.

Amy found Luke crying in the treehouse.

What's wrong Luke Amy sitting down beside him.

If you have another baby I won't be allowed to come over anymore Luke said through tears.

What makes you think that Amy asked.

You will be to busy with the new baby to want me here.

That's not true your always welcome here your part of this family now Amy said hugging Luke.

You promise Luke asked.

I promise you and your mom are always welcome here Amy said.

I love you Amy Luke said hugging her.

I love you too buddy Amy said using her sleeve to wipe the tears off of his face .

I am excited about the baby Luke said.

Do you want to help me figure out how to tell everyone Amy asked.

Yeah sure are you having a party Luke asked.

Of course Amy said.

Amy and Luke brainstormed Ideas for a while.

I have an idea Luke said excitedly

Let's hear it Amy said 

Baby versions of food like baby carrots and stuff like that Luke said.

That's a great idea Amy said.

I'll help You cook it Luke said.

Okay sounds good Amy said.

We should get back before Ty thinks we're dead Luke joked.

Yeah your probably right Amy said laughing.

An hour later Andrea arrived to pick Luke up  .

Bye Luke remember don't tell everyone our secret Amy said.

It doesn't matter how icecream they offer you Amy laughed 

Don't worry I won't not even for icecream  Luke said.

That must be a pretty good secret Andrea said. Smiling .

It is  Luke said smiling.

Okay we should get going Andrea said.

Okay bye Amy said waving.

What's Amy's secret Andrea asked with a smile as she drove home .

Sorry I can't tell you Amy would kill me Luke laughed.

Oh come on you can me I'm your mother Andrea said playfully.

Nope sorry Luke I can't Luke said smiling 

Meanwhile at heartland .

Amy ,Ty and Lyndy were sitting on the couch watching a movie.

So are you going to tell me what you and Luke were talking about earlier Ty asked .

No it's a secret Amy said smiling.

Oh really Ty said smiling.

Yes really Amy said.

2 days later Amy and Ty were laying in bed.

I think we should have a house warming party Amy said

Yeah that's a good idea when do want to do it Ty asked

How about Saturday Amy asked.

Saturday sounds good Ty said kissing Amy.

The next day Amy texted Andrea to see if she and Luke wanted to come to the party.

Andrea said yes.

On the day of the party Andrea and Luke came early to help set up.

A few hours later the party was in full swing.

Everyone was having a great time.

Amy and Ty were getting lots compliments on the house.

But by far the funniest part of the party was the game of guess the theme Amy made them all play including Ty .

Everyone eventually guessed the theme and significance except for Ty.

This turned out to be hilarious because it meant that everyone in attendance at the party was trying to  clue him into the good news

What do you call a tiny human Luke asked..

A child Ty said confused.

Or maybe a baby Andrea suggested smiling.

What does that Ty started but then his eyes got  real big.

I think he's finally getting Lou laughed.

Ty turned to Amy .

Are you pregnant Ty asked.

Amy nodded smiling.

Oh my goodness Ty said kissing Amy.

Ty picked up Lyndy.

Mommy has a baby in her belly Ty told her.

Did she eat it Lyndy asked  .

Everyone laughed  .

No she didn't eat it Ty said.

It's okay we'll work on it Amy said smiling..
