kiss me

383 19 3

crimson red smeared over petal lips
your mouth is hot and painted vermillion
you taste of liquid desire
breathing longing into my burning lungs
i am tangerine and flame streaked
from the taste of you
coal hair streaking over flushed cheeks
thrumming flesh exhilarated with fairy dust blood
i can feel the edge of desperate teeth nipping at tender, swollen skin
large, scarred hands running across hips, memorizing the curves of stomachs and thighs
i trace the length of your spine and lose myself to your touch
and though i would cling to innocence, and beg you to save me from shame
you kissed me until i forgot my name
too good
the world would see us, intertwined limbs and wild hearts
they would say that i was sick for loving the way you say my name
they would say we were broken for the way you hummed promises of love into aching collarbones
they would say we were unnatural for the way you held my hands and whispered those words
over and over again
"i love you,"
though the stars brought me to your arms, they would call it a mistake
but i would still want you all the same
i want your lithe hands against flushed flesh and your mouth breathing burning whispers into mine
i want your long, coal hair leaving streaks of onyx night across the ridges of my nose, the surface of my buzzing cheeks
i want your lips desperately skimming across my every dip and curve and searing proof of my beauty into weary bones
i could not care what the world may say for wanting a body as delicate as my own against me
i would not care about their disgusted gazes for wanting a voice as high and gentle as mine against the shell of my ear
i would not care for their hateful mouths spewing hateful words because i crave your kiss like my tongue craves water
i need your liquid desire against my lips
i need your love
and i will give you my heart, freely and willingly
so long as you kiss me on the mouth
and tell me you love me
one more time

how was this one loves? no matter what anyone says, you are who you are, you love you you love, no matter their gender, and you are gorgeous. you're heart is a treasure, your mind is something to be marveled at. your voice is a miracle. you are a goddess. and you were meant to be this way. and it's okay. you are absolutely perfect as you are. you don't need to be ashamed. you should be proud.

and you are so beautiful.
