Here comes the conclusion. These are some things people do to cope with depression or anxiety.
•go drug crazy
•tell every single person around them as a hidden cry for help
•(fake)smile through it
•the 0.1% who actually get professional help•stay silent and bear it until it passes.....
Only it just keeps coming back.
