You met at the entrance exam because he was mad that you bet him you got one place above so you were 3 and he was 4 place

Kirishima:
You were in the same class as him in school before you and him came to U. A

Denki:
You guys were neighbours after you just moved from (where ever you are from) to Japan

ilda:
You met him through Deku and then later became friends

Shoto:
You and him met when his farther and your farther were talking you two having a qurik marriage but it didn't workout so that was the last time you saw each other for years
