Alessandra's POV

Ever look in the mirror, and think, "Damn, God made me well"? Because that was exactly what I said to myself when I looked at myself in the mirror before I left to go to work. I have olive skin, dark brown hair, and green eyes, a slim waist, small stomach, wide hips, a big, round booty, and double-d's. I own a small condo in Santa Monica with my best friend, Bailey, where we both work at the same garage about 15 minutes down the road, Bailey as a receptionist, and I as a mechanic. Oh yeah, and we are both 22 years old.

Bailey has an hourglass figure, like mine, but she has bright red dyed hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. Bailey and I met in kindergarten when I helped her by slapping Ryan Davis's face when he was calling her names. We've been partners in crime ever since, even though the funny thing is that Ryan and Bailey are now dating, and I'm best friends with him. I think he's forgiven me by now.

"Come on, girl," I heard Bailey yell from downstairs, "we are gonna be late."

"Coming." I yelled back, throwing on my Leonardo's Foreign Car Garage work shirt. I ran down the stairs, tripping on the last stair and falling not-so-gracefully to the floor, causing Bailey to laugh at me. "Ha ha," I sarcastically replied to her laughing with a smile, "so funny."

"It was," she continued laughing, making me chuckle a little. "You totally should've seen your face when you realized your fate." I rolled my eyes, and grabbed her arm, walking her out of our condo, and down to our cars. Bailey drove a 2016 black Subaru WRX, and I drove a 1969 Chevelle SS. We both found our cars at the junkyard when we were 16, took them to the garage, had Bobby do the coloring and body work on both cars, while we both rebuilt our engines, put on new suspension systems, new rims and tires, and modifications for racing.

Once we both jumped in our cars, I immediately pulled out my phone, and opened Spotify, blasting Problem by Natalia Kills through my speakers, loving the feeling of my sub woofers. I slowly revered out of the driveway, and driving to work with Bailey right behind me, ready to take on a new day.
