Normal P.O.V.

The four trainers woke up early the next morning. They skipped out on breakfast to got to the stadium as quickly as possible.... Except Hop who wanted the free breakfast in the Pokémon Centre.

Bede: Hey there's a thing that I really have to tell you all as soon as the gym battles are over. I fear that it could... Nevermind

Raihan stood by the gym. It was as if the three challengers were the height of 4 year olds and he was a Basketball player.

Raihan: Welcome challengers. So today we will have double battles as your gym battle but this time, we are going generic. One vs one. I've cut out my gym challenge especially for this team. Now where's Hop? *Takes a selfie* @Leon_the_Champ, Where's your bro?

Bede: Are you using Pinsergram?

Raihan: Yeah. *Takes selfie* I need to keep it current. It's gonna make Hop hurry up.

Hop ran all the way to the stadium.: Oh my gosh Raihan sorry to keep you waiting. The free breakfast had Johto Egg rolls. I'm stuffed and ready to battle!

Raihan: Told you. I like your spirit. I'm challenging you first Hop!

Hop: All right!

Bede: Don't you need to hear the instructions, Hop? You just want to jump into the battle without any clue as to the format? As expected.

Hop: Who broke up with you? I did my research last night so no! Maybe you should've had the initiative... Heh I learned that word during my trip.

Marnie and Victor laughed as they all walked to the stadium stands.

Raihan: Alright come out Gigalith and Flygon! Pose my friends with the sand stream! The Flygon did the peace sign and the Gigalith smiled to the best of it's ability as Raihan took the picture.

Hop: Come out Corviknight and Cramorant!

Hop: Corviknight use fly, Cramorant use Surf!

The Corviknight flew up before the Cramorant used surf and hit the opposing team.

The Flygon fainted but the Gigalith still had a bit more than quarter HP.

Raihan: Use Rock blast on the Cramorant!

The Cramorant let out it's Gulp Missile before the attack hit 4 times, knocking it out.

The Gigalith hung on with barely any HP.

Raihan: Impressive. Come out Sandaconda!

Hop: Come out Cinderace.

Marnie: Cinderace?

Victor: What is Hop doing?

Hop: Cinderace, High Jump Kick on the Gigalith, Corviknight, Fly on the Sandaconda.

The moves each knockedout their respective targets.

Raihan: Wow interesting. Come out Duraludon. Gigantamax!

The Gigantamaxed Pokemon towered over the stadium.

Hop: Cinderace, Dynamax!

The Pokemon grew but still could not be as tall as the Duraludon.

Hop: Use Max Flare and Body Press.

The two Pokemon did their moves and got the Duraludon to Quarter HP and out its shield up. It had five segments.

Raihan: Gmax Depletion!

The attack hit the Cinderace, dealing Half HP and significantly lowered the PP of the Max Flare.
