Chapter Twenty two

" Now, where should we start..." he mumbles.

" she has multiple quirks, and since that group is dealing out quirk drugs... you know where that goes..." he mumbles.
" If you see this individual, including Overhaul. Beware" he spoke.

" here..." I look down in my hands to see the grey mask. I smirk looking up.

" Aww, thanks, dude! I owe you!" I say with a fake smirk. And like that I put it on, fixing my coat that was around my body a well. The male sighs.

" Whatever... just doing what the boss told me to do..." he mumbles. Slowly I put the mask on. It was like Overhauls, which I was fine with. But I won't be wearing it for long, I know that today is the day that we're getting Eri out of this hell hole.

I slowly walked with my hands in pockets, Eri was with us. We were moving out because the heroes were coming soon, but they were already here. And I know that they are already in the building because we got told.

" Y/n," I hum in response, turning my head to Overhaul.

" You have a quirk for combat, right?" I nod my head in response.

" Good, make yourself useful with that quirk" he spoke coldly.

' Motherfuc*ker, do you want to fight!? We will fight right now!

Like I knew there was someone behind me, I quickly lifted my hand up. And like that, I was in front of Overhaul, like slow motion. I gather my hand into a fist about to punch him, already knowing my fate. Slowly I close my eyes.

I open my eyes, breathing heavily. Quickly coughing.

"there you are..." I turn my head, but quickly I felt someone grab my wrists from behind me. Quickly I struggle in the dark. I was quickly dropped to the ground, getting a kick.

" This is what you get for killing him!" I gasp for air as I get repeatedly get kicked, that's when I felt my hair get yanked. My head was quickly forced to look up at a building.

" Why won't we just kill you for payback..." I quickly close my eyes, breathing in.

' I got to save her!'

I open my eyes breathing heavily, looking around. There stood Overhaul, on the other side were Mirio and Eri. They didn't even notice that I was back, which was okay. I quickly look over to where Overhaul was standing. He turns his head to where I was standing, he quickly smashed his hand down. Spikes came shooting around at me and Mirio, I quickly jump. Looking at where Mirio was, he was holding up Eri while jumping. That's when I felt a sharp pain, I looked down to realize that I got hit.

I land on the ground, breathing heavily. Slowly standing up. Quickly, I pull back my hand like throwing a ball, it was slow motion. Having it look like I was releasing a ball, a bunch of energy came shooting out, hitting Overhaul. He stumbled back a little bit, but quickly caught himself.
He put his hand up again, quickly knowing my fate once again. Slowly I close my eyes.

I quickly felt my hair get yanked.

" come on, don't fall asleep! The fun is only beginning!" That's when I realized that I was being dragged up some stairs by my hair. I felt dry tears against my first cheeks.

" W-Why?..." I whimpered out, the male continued to drag me.

" You killed my father, he worked so hard for our family. You deserve what's coming" that's when it hit me.

' I-I ki-killed the homeless man'

" I-I'm sorry! I-I di-didn't know! I w-was ab-about to d-did an-and!-" quickly I was kicked into the stomach. Having my body get pushed up the stairs a little bit, but quickly falling back. But the male who holder my hair yanked me back up. Having me grunt.

I slowly open my eyes, and there I was standing again. I breathed heavily, looking to see a green-haired male with yellow highlights in his hair. He hold Mirio and Eri. As I quickly notice Izuku, he had his attention on Overhaul, which tell I notice Overhaul was next to me. Quickly I turn, he looked at me with wide eyes. Quickly sticking his hand out, realizing my fate once again.

" Stop sleeping on us! Look at this view!" I quickly was punched in the stomach.

I stand there, grabbing my stomach coughing- even though I was still wearing my mask. And there I saw the same male from before. He was fighting Overhaul. Quickly I tap my foot, feeling the ground around me shake. And like that the ground quickly went around Overhaul, but was quickly taken down due to his quirk.

" Why won't you just die!?" He shouts with a weird voice. And quickly I realized my fate like last time, closing my eyes.

" Hold still!" I quickly scream in pain as I feel a warm liquid run down my body. I then realized that it was hot water, not hot enough to burn me, but hot enough for it to hurt.

" We don't want you to look dirty when they find your dead body" one of them mumbled, quickly my chin was grabbed. I quickly open my eyes to see that I was on top of a building, where I was kneeling I could see the park and the moon. But that wasn't important right now, right now it was if I could escape.

" bye, bye" that's when my chin was grabbed once again, I could see the faint glow in there eyes as they toss me off the building. I try to grasp for them like slow motion, but by then I was falling. Slowly I close my eyes.

I open my eyes, knowing that I'll be falling here too. Slowly, I take off my mask. I look at it for a moment with a dark glare. I sighed softly smiling, quickly feeling sharp pain going through my body.

Ringing was heard in Y/n's ears. She didn't pay attention to it, only that she was sitting in a bar; the bar looked like it was a faded memory, to put it more simply, everything was ether more white or grey.

Y/n slowly turns her head to her side to see the familiar female, causing her eyes to go wide.

" don't get yourself to excited..." the female mumbles, taking a sip from the unknown liquid that was in her glass cup. Y/n watches with wide eyes.

" I need to talk to you..." the female says, putting the cup down and looking at Y/n. Y/n watches with wide eyes, she couldn't believe she was seeing her mother.

" Wh-What?..." Y/n stutters out.
