Chapter 8 basketball

The girls walk back out and link up with the boys. Bj look at them like he knew something had happen but Kuvira just shook her head and he knew what that meant. The group continue on with their shopping for another hour until Korren spoke up.

Korren: Hey guys it was really nice meeting you and everything and I hate to be a downer, but I really need to go to the basketball court and do a few practice drills.

Mako: Hey that fine we all can go if that fine with the rest of you

Everyone was just nodded their head and decide to meet up at the basketball court in an hour. They girls and Bj head one way and the boys the other. Once they were in the truck heading back to the house the question started being ask off the back.

Mako: So what do you think about Asami

Korren: She cute why

Mako: no reason just asking

Bolin caught on to what his brother was doing and start asking question

Bolin: So when was the last time you talk to someone

Korren: Bolin you know me, and Yue broke up like 5 months ago and I just been in my books and basketball

Bolin: Yea this is true but why not have a little fun

Korren: I do not have time for this

Mako: Well I can tell you Asami a good person even though we had history

Korren: What do you mean

Mako: well we used to date until I may have broken her heart and cheated on her

For some reason this mad Korren mad that Asami had got hurt and he did not know why

Korren: Why would you cheat one someone "trying to contain his angry"

Mako: "notice Korren change" I did not mean to cheat on her I promise, and I know how you feel about that

Korren just nod and decide he was not in the mood to talk anymore, the brothers caught on and left it be until the reach the house. Once in the house Korren head straight to his room and start getting ready to go shoot ball. Meanwhile Bolin and Mako was talking about the text Azula sent him minus the award he would get if they did a good job. After finalizing their part of the plan the head to their room and got change to play ball. A few minutes later they were heading out the door but not with talking their mother, they were taken Korren to the court and promise to be home for dinner.

******AT THE BASKETBALL COURT*****

The girls were sitting on the sideline well the boys were playing basketball talking

Asami: So are we really going to just sit her while they play

Azula: No you can sit here, I am going to watch the game, I mean dam look at those abs on them

Kuvira: She does have a point

Asami just sigh and decide to turn and watch the game. Oh boy when she did turn, she receive they was playing with out shirts and she could not take her eyes off of Korren. Opal turn to see Asami was hook and motion at Kuvira and Azula to move over close to her. As they were moving around Asami the boys had call time and came to sit down, Not realizing until it was to late that the girl's room just so when the boys came to sit down for a breath Korren would have to sit beside her. She looks over and mouth I will get you all for this before the guys was close enough. They just laugh and turn to the boys.

Opal: Nice game boys

Bolin: Thanks boo, but Korren over here is killing us

Korren: I told you I was here for a scholarship in basketball loser

Bolin: yeah yea yeah, you can still go a little easy on us dude, we play football not basketball

Azula: Any way, how much long before we head out, I would like to get try to catch a movie later, but I am not going in this

Mako: Oh babe you look cute and anything, but we have one more game than we can go

Bj: What are yal going to see I been promised to take Vira to the movies

Azula: I want to see something scary

Kuvira: While "The Turning" is playing and I hear it was good and spooky

Mako: That's fine, umm Korren, Asami, Opal, and Bolin did yal want to tag along

Opal: Sure if Bolin want to go

Bolin: I am down

Korren: Sure I guess but I feel like yal are trying to set me and Asami up and that's not cool

Asami: "playing dumb" He have a point guys and I will go just chill out

Once that was settle, the boys went back to playing ball and the girls start talking again

Asami: Yal are lay this on to thick and need to easy up, its clearly, he does not remember me

Opal: Ok we pull back a little bit, but I have another idea

Azula: Ok let hear

Opal: Azula make Mako drive his own car to pick you and of course I will ride with Vira and my brother, which mean Asami drive herself. Bolin will bring Korren and at the end of the movie I have Bolin take me home and Asami drive Korren Home

Kuvira: Are you sure this will work

Azula: I do not see why it will not work if we all play our cards right and we make sure Asami and Korren sit beside each other

Asami: Fine but I see this going all wrong

The game end and everyone head home to get ready for the movie hoping this would work out as plan and not blow up in their face.
