Hey guys. This is a pretty sad a serious topic, and it deals with domestic abuse. If this makes you uncomfortable, feel free to exit now, but I felt the need to speak on the situation, because my entire platform as a pageantry title holder, a representative and a role-model is #spreadtheword. I speak on topics that need to be brought into the light to be solved. But this felt too heavy for Facebook. So I came here.

For those that aren't aware of the entire situation. Amber Heard, who is Johnny Depp's ex-wife has made several serious allegations against him as an abuser. These allegations have made his life extremely difficult and we haven't seen in in many movies recently because these accusations have made it hard for him to keep a job.

Well. It seems the tables are turned, and have been turned for a while now. Amber Heard openly admitted to being physically, mentally, and emotionally abusive to Depp at some point the duration of their marriage. The injuries he's suffered as result are just... sickening. She's hit him too many times to count, threw things at him as heavy or damaging as a pot or pan or a vase, and she even cut off his finger.

Here's the real ironic kicker. Amber Heard is a spokesperson for a foundation that speaks against domestic abuse.

When I heard about this situation, it lit a fire under my ass in a way. Johnny Depp has been an inspiration to many, including myself. His form of art and acting is personalized and I've never seen someone with that style. And truth be told, he's the only one that could ever pull it off. He's easily one of the greatest actors in history, and a lot of his philosophies have stuck with me. Some of my best quotes to always remember, whether it be in life or when I'm reading and writing, have come from him. He's a great man. And he doesn't deserve this. He never has.

And as someone whose sister and mother have both been in a physically, verbally, mentally, and emotionally abusive relationship, one of which ended in a divorce and a child that can't stand his father, and the other, a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage and way too much pain, emotionally, for the whole of my family, which was planned only on the absurd side as a manipulative move to force her to stay with him. As someone who has seen the affects of abuse first hand, who has stared into the eyes of an abuser. This hurts me.

So please, get to talking about this. It's an issue. And the more people that know about it sooner, the faster we can find #JusticeforJohnnyDepp. Use this hashtag to promote the message.
