addi's pov

i woke up and slowly opened my eyes, revealing the scene of a hospital room.

i looked around the empty room, then at all the machines i was attached to.

no one was in the room, not even kio.

i couldn't find my phone, or anything that had belonged to me.

the last thing i remember was being hit and beaten by jason, then blacking out.

a few minutes pass and still, no one has come.

i could t find one of those buttons that you press that call the doctor so there was no way for me to reach anyone.

i decided to try and get up. there was no IV needle in me or anything, so i think i'd be able to move around just fine.

i slowly got out of the hospital bed and walked to the door.

by the door i saw a table, and it had my phone on it.

i grabbed my phone and sat on the chair next to the table.

i opened instagram first and my heart dropped when i saw what kio had posted 1 month ago. it was his most recent post.

wait, i've been asleep for a month!

i set my phone down and stood up i shock.

i walked over to the door and slowly opened it. i poked my head out and saw only doctors and strangers.

i went back in my room and closed the door.

i sat back in the chair and decided to text kio.
