Taehyung was much too nervous to get any studying done, so he cleaned up his dorm room, arranged his clothes and watched several episodes of some drama eating pizza, in case Jimin should drop by to check on him and he'd see Taehyung hadn't been lying.
When it's 7pm he got up to took a shower and dressed carefully. he wanted to look good while at the same time he wanted to look like that didn't take him a lot of effort. So he chose a long-sleeved blue shirt that, according to Jimin he looks very hot in, and grey jeans. He took a book and left the dorm, feeling more confident than he had all day. he smelled nicely, he looked good enough.
It was almost half past eight when Taehyung arrived at the library. Jungkook was sitting behind the librarian's desk, clicking away on his computer screen at a pace that gave away the fact that he wasn't working, but playing an online game. Seeing the younger made Taehyung instantly less nervous.
This was Jungkook. Talking to him was easy. Spending time with him was easy. No need to be anxious.
"Playing games on work time?" Taehyung half-whispered as a greeting, grinning when Jungkook was startled, jumping at his voice, then looked up.
"Oh, it's you, Hyung, I thought my boss was here to check on me." The younger smiled his dazzling bunny smile. " Why didn't you came on evening? What've you been up to?" He asked pouting.
The butterflies in Taehyung's stomach going nuts at the fact that the younger noticed his absence.
"Oh, I just didn't feel well today so i stayed at home"
" What happened hyung are you okay" Jungkook asked worriedly.
"Yeah I'm fine Kookie don't worry" Taehyung said feeling warm because of the younger's genuine concern.
"Good to hear that"Jungkook said scanning Taehyung's ID.
"I'm afraid that Lisa stole your table again today", Jungkook informed him handing him his ID and key.
Taehyung groaned. "What is it about her and that table?"
Jungkook grinned. "I bet she's into you. She wants to be close to you." He wiggled his eyebrows at Taehyung, who groaned again.
"Maybe, but the feeling's not mutual, anyway see you later Kookie"
"You bet", the Younger said, smiling mischievously as Taehyung made for the book shelf near. When he came back after, Jungkook gestured to him to join him once more at the librarian's desk.
"You just stay where you are when closing-time arrives", the younger whispered. "I'll come and get you." Mischief was again gleaming in his eyes.
Taehyung smiled at him and nodded ignoring his fast heart beat then went to look for a table.
