when they're fighting and character A does or says something that triggers character B's PTSD that makes them instantly regret it. (They talk it out and cry afterwards)
Character A and B get into a huge argument, then something bad happens like a kidnapping and character B is taken away from A, making them feel incredibly guilty.

What is your tip to people who want to write, but are afraid they can't? I suggest writing some short stories and drafts in your notes or writing surface you use. You can revise and correct what needs improvement. Read lots of books, they help a lot. Also, have confidence in yourself, you won't be a genius writer the first time you start writing, it takes practice but it'll be worth it. I have confidence in you too
