toris pov

my heart sank to the button of my stomach.

the way he had me pinned almost felt normal.
"now why did you have to tell someone my secret victoria.." he whispered into my ear.
"you know what happens when dad gets angry" he said in a yelling whisper then my felt my hand swipe across his cheek leaving a stain of red.
people looked over as my father didn't notice and he punched me.

i felt a throbbing pain in my head as i saw spots. everything was spinning as i sat down then i felt a hard kick from my father sting up my side into my ribs.
the spots were covering my vision but right before the darkness covered my vision i saw jack, jack punched my father making him fall to the floor.

jacks pov-

i jumped on top of her dad pinning him so he couldn't get back up.

"if you EVER touch her again i will rip you apart limb by limb."

i was dragged off him as i kept my eye on him then directed my attention to tori, she was laying in the arms of her aunt as her father was being dragged by the cops back to their car.

they put tori on the couch in the waiting area. i sat there holding her hand holding the wet rag to her bleeding head.
i look down at her, the sun peaked through the small windows making her face light up.
my eyes wandered across her face.

her eyes began to flutter open as she looked around and wandered her brown eyes to me.
i smiled while getting the attention of her aunt.

we left the court house with my blazer placed on her shoulders with a bandaid on her forehead.

once we arrived home i helped her to her room and i let her get changed out of the dress because was complaining about the straps the entire way home.

the door creams open to show her in a hoodie and some nike shorts.
her hair was put into a messy bun with baby hair falling out.
her makeup was washed off
she looked beautiful.

i walked over to her and i wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me as her hand went up to my face.
her soft hands touched my cheeks as i leaned in as she got on her tippy toes and we kissed.

"wooooo i'll come over another time!" we hear finns obvious voice echo as we pulled apart.
"you and millie kiss all the time!"
finn rolls his eyes and laughs as we all make our way to the media room.
then i remembered, crap.

"hey tori, stay out here for a bit!" i say as she looks at me confused but steps back nodding as she walks to her room.

our groups decided it would be fun to surprise tori, since it's been a tuff day.
so they have been here for about an hour.
we invited the losers, jayden, the stranger things people, and some of sadie, sophia, and millies friends.
we made the party go from the media room to the living room.

i walked outside and made my way to toris room and i waited for her to unlock the door.
she stood there smiling as i covered her eyes.
