After the awkward meeting in the bathroom, Amy couldn't get the images of the boy out of her head. She said images because he was looked one way one second and different the next. Both images were beautiful, but different. They dancing in her head. She almost forgot the bad life she was living. There was truly no escaping that. John was a important man in the world. He was yet the least likely to deserve it. There was a reason her mother went missing. The cops never went too deep into the case. She knew what really happened. So did John. He always tried to keep her quiet, he knew there was only one way to do that,
Fear.
He placed fear in Amy's
head and heart. Her brother was trouble with depression from losing his mother. Alex and his mother were closer than Amy. He didn't talked much to her anymore. After her mother "disappeared" Alex stop going to school because kids were cruel about it. He moved out right on his 18th birthday, because if there is anyone that hates John more than Amy, it's Alex. He hated his dad for the way he treated their mother. Alex would be in college in now, but instead works at some factory downtown. All his talents were being wasted, he deserved so much better than this life. He was so smart, and always knew how to make mom and I smile in the hard times, when there was screaming and crying. I didn't realize much of it even because I was only 8, while alex was 14. Everything changed after mom died.
