The Bunny:
The kid would never be a hero. No one would look at the child and think the they even had a quirk.
A person with no active quirk to speak of, they had an ultimate defense...one that could be easily weaponized in the wrong hands. A passive quirk that rendered any quirk the user felt threatened by powerless. It wasn't like the kid stole or suddenly gained the abilities they snuffed out. Quirks simply went away for a period of time. And the stronger the child grew...the longer that time would be.
Reason Its Up for Adoption: I'm a fan, but still fairly new to the series. I just am not familiar enough to write it. But the concept of a passive quirk that could take out big shot heroes or villains depending on who's side it's on came to me and seems too interesting not to see explored. And it could definitely put Bakago in his place either way.
