I tell him they are near the front
customer goes further away from me
"hello?! here at the front"
-moves further back-
"come back towards the cashreg please"
-customer almost at door to our storage-
... i sigh and get up to take out a can of peanuts and present it to him
"over here"
customer: "oh"
...in hindsight i wonder what would have happened if i decided to sit back and watch until asked
