مَنْ سَارَ عَلىَ الدَّرْبِ وَصَلَ
Who walked on his way he come
مَنْ جَدَّ وَجَدَ
Who is serious, then he got it
مَنْ صَبَرَ ظَفِرَ
Who is patient, he will be lucky
مَنْ قَلَّ صِدْقُهُ قَلَّ صَدِيْقُهُ
Whoever little truth, a little also the friend.
جَالِسْ أَهْلَ الصِّدْقِ وَالوَفَاءِ
Befriend to people who are honest and keep their promises.
مَوَدَّةُ الصَّدِيْقِ تَظْهَرُ وَقْتَ الضِّيْقِ
Love / sincerity of friends, it would seem as narrow and difficult.
وَمَااللَّذَّةُ إِلاَّ بَعْدَ التَّعَبِ
There is no enjoyment, except after exhaustion.
الصَّبْرُ يُعِيْنُ عَلىَ كُلِّ عَمَلٍ
Patience is helping all the work.
جَرِّبْ وَلاَحِظْ تَكُنْ عَارِفًا
Try and notice, would you be someone who knows.
اُطْلُبِ العِلْمَ مِنَ المَهْدِ إِلىَ اللَّحْدِ
Seek the knowledge from the cradle to the grave.
بَيْضَةُ اليَوْمِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ دَجَاجَةِ الغَدِ
Eggs today are better than chickens tomorrow.
الوَقْتُ أَثْمَنُ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ
The time was more expensive than gold.
العَقْلُ السَّلِيْمُ فيِ الجِسْمِ السَّلِيْمِ
A healthy mind lies in a healthy body.
خَيْرُ جَلِيْسٍ فيِ الزَّمَانِ كِتَابٌ
Best of friends at all times is a book.
مَنْ يَزْرَعْ يَحْصُدْ
Whoever planted will surely reap (harvest).
خَيْرُ الأَصْحَابِ مَنْ يَدُلُّكَ عَلىَ الخَيْرِ
The best friend is one who shows you the good think.
لَوْلاَ العِلْمُ لَكَانَ النَّاسُ كَالبَهَائِمِ
If not knowledgeable necessarily people are like animals.
العِلْمُ فيِ الصِّغَرِ كَالنَّقْشِ عَلىَ الحَجَرِ
Learned in childhood, like carved in stone.
لَنْ تَرْجِعَ الأَياَّمُ الَّتيِ مَضَتْ
No going back the days that have elapsed.
تَعَلَّمَنْ صَغِيْرًا وَاعْمَلْ بِهِ كَبِيْرًا
Learn when child and resume practicing when we aduld.
العِلْمُ بِلاَ عَمَلٍ كَالشَّجَرِ بِلاَ ثَمَر
Science no deeds like a tree does not fruit.
الإِتِّحَادُ أَسَاسُ النَّجَاحِ
Unite is the base of success.
لاَ تَحْتَقِرْ مِسْكِيْنًا وَكُنْ لَهُ مُعِيْناً
Don’t you despise the poor but be helper for him.
الشَّرَفُ بِالأَدَبِ لاَ بِالنَّسَبِ
Glory are with the decency, (character), not by descent.
سَلاَمَةُ الإِنْسَانِ فيِ حِفْظِ اللِّسَانِ
Human safety is in keeping his tongue (his words).
آدَابُ المَرْءِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ ذَهَبِهِ
Behavior of someone that's better (more valuable) than his gold.
سُوْءُ الخُلُقِ يُعْدِي
The bad / darmage character / morality is contagious.
آفَةُ العِلْمِ النِّسْياَنُ
Disaster science is forgotten.
إِذَا صَدَقَ العَزْمُ وَضَحَ السَّبِيْلُ
If true willingness undoubtedly opened up the course.
لاَ تَحْتَقِرْ مَنْ دُوْنَكَ فَلِكُلِّ شَيْئٍ مَزِيَّةٌ
Do not insult someone lower than you,
because everything that has the advantage.
أَصْلِحْ نَفْسَكَ يَصْلُحْ لَكَ النَّاسُ
Improve yourself, other people would be good to you.
