This ended up being more of a "how they met", but I got the idea in my head that if they ever did meet, it wouldn't be very cute. After all, it's based off the myth of Hades and Persephone.
In this case, Bendy spreads the "illness" himself to lure Mugs into calling for him, assuring no one else would have a cure. I drew him in his "demon" form here for dramatic effect (gotta impress the crush, right?) but he is also capable of looking like his normal toon self.
