Another part of the book im making and maybe going to post. Grimm and hollow have hung out for a long time now in secret. Only the white lady knows and shes happy the vessel has a friend. If the pale king knew who knows what would happen to the vessel.
However one day a black wyrm attacks and in the vessels desperation to save the pale king the vessel takes an almost killing blow and tumbles of the edge into a land of Buzzsaw's below the battle ground. Grimm, who had been watching the battle dives after him to try and save him, however his wing is cut on a Buzzsaw leaving him unable to fly. As the two descend to there possible death, grimm blurts out the thing he's wanted to say to the vessel ever since he stopped seeing them as just friends
'I Love You'
