Laughing your problems away doesn't always work.
Calling your cries happy doesn't hide the hurt.
My mind is that of a broken heart.
Falling and crying. You tear me apart.
Liars need more supervision.
Always run and never give in.
What happens when you're hostage?
Do you deserve a ransom?
What about a homage?
Do you wither away and phantom?
Can this easily be fixed?
Can you smile in the midst?
Daydreaming gets you no where,
Yet your stubborn self doesn't care.
Paying no attention,
To the teachers important lesson.
You'd rather be in your own little world.
You never ever want to return.
Maybe this loss of focus will end.
But we can only play pretend.
to the pretenders.
