🍒Let's play a Video Game🍒

Jotaro and Kakyoin were walking home from school. It was a Friday evening and they both had nothing to do. Jotaro had observed that something was wrong with his friend. He had noticed his face was slightly red, seemed notably tired and his voice had grown tranquil.

"Kakyoin, are you alright?"

"What do you mean?"

"You seem, well, tired."

"I'm alright. I haven't rested well recently."

"Is that all?"

He gave him a thumbs-up. Suddenly Kakyoin felt his knees give out and closed his eyes, nearly falling. "Kakyoin!" Jotaro grabbing him on time. Kakyoin tried to stand but could hardly. "Lean on me. I'm getting you home."

Kakyoin grunted but followed his friend's order and they slowly made their way to Kakyoin's small but comfortable home. His parents weren't home. Both left for the weekend. Jotaro decided to help out Kakyoin and stay and help him in case something occurred. Jotaro carried him to his room and settled him delicately on his bed.

Jotaro placed his hand on his friend's forehead. He was burning up. Jotaro didn't want to admit it but he looked kind of cute, the way his cheeks were flushed in a deep magenta. It almost matched those cherries he loves so much.

Jotaro sits in his room patiently, waiting for Kakyoin to awake. He let him sleep, he looked so tired lately. It was only a half-hour after, he finally woke up. Kakyoin looked around to see Jotaro sitting there. He dozed off himself. He called for him. Jotaro looked up to see Kakyoin conscious.

"Kakyoin, do you feel any better?"

"A little. I'm not that tired at the slightest. You kind of woke me up."

"Sorry."

Kakyoin grinned. "Oh, I don't mind. Not at all."

Jotaro smiled back. In Jotaro's mind, Kakyoin looked cute, grinning like that. It doesn't even matter what he was doing, he looked good all the time. He wants nothing short but the best for him.

"Soooo, what do you want to do?" Kakyoin said as he looked around his room for something to remedy their boredom. "Do you want some food?"

"No. I'll be fine. But do you have an idea as to why you passed out like that?"

"Not really. Like I said, I was really tired."

"Why can't you sleep well? "

"Rather not say, Mind if I point this out, but you seem exhausted too."

"Id also rather not say either." Truth was, they couldn't rest much because they thought about each other and both thought of rejection, keeping them both awake. A common fear in love.

"Well, wanna play a video game with me? It requires 2 players and I never have anyone over."

Jotaro shrugged. "Sure." Kakyoin grinned and walked over to his game console, picked out the game and set it up for them to play. Kakyoin sat down with a controller in his hand. He handed it to Jotaro and picked up the other one on his left.

"I don't know how to play."

"Well then, let me teach you." Kakyoin spent a good 30 minutes teaching Jotaro the controls and everything he needed to know.

"Alright, all set?"

"No. hold on." Jotaro adjusted himself and sat in front of Kakyoin and placed his legs around him and rested his head on Kakyoin's. Jotaro was taller than his friend so it worked out okay. "Okay, now I'm ready."

Kakyoin was caught off guard and surprised by Jotaro. He felt so warm and he wasn't going to lie, he liked Jotaro. He was now a blushing mess like he was before when he was sleeping. "Alright let's play."

Jotaro hummed in agreement and they began to play. It was a simple game. Jotaro wasn't too familiar with the game. Kakyoin was beating him every time. After a few rounds, Jotaro wrapped his arms around his friend. Kakyoin was startled but didn't say anything. Instead, he was blushing even harder now. "Kakyoin, you're so warm."

"I-Is that so?"

Jotaro hummed in agreement. "Yep." Jotaro had him trapped now, Kakyoin couldn't move but he was fine with it. Now is a good time to say it. Kakyoin thought. Now or never.

"Jotaro. "

"Hm?"

"I think I'm in love."

Jotaro smiled but sighed. "Oh, so who is the lucky girl?"

"I-It's not a girl." Kakyoin spoke softly this time. He felt rejection coming.

"Well, who is the lucky guy then?"

"Uh, well, let me clarify this way." Kakyoin turned around and gave him a small peck. Jotaro grinned and laughed. "I love you too Kakyoin." and gave him a kiss back. "Now, I'm going to beat you this time around."

"Haha. good luck. I'm better than you obviously."

"Well see."
