The Hanahaki disease is a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up blood and flower petals, corresponding with their crush or love. The disease gets worse if the fear of rejection gets stronger, and the victim can't confess their love to their crush. So this Fanfic will contain blood and vomiting, so be warned!
