Breaking the Silence (Red Arrow x Bullied, Mute Reader Re-Write)

((I re-wrote this chapter because I wanted it to be better.  Also I was fucking stoned when I wrote this so I hope it isn't too fucked up.))

"There is a mole on this team! I know it is not the six of us! But Artemis and (Y/N) showed up the exact time the information was being leaked!" Roy exclaimed at the Young Justice Team. "I know Artemis isn't it, so it has to be (Y/N)."

"Hey, you don't know that." Artemis scolded. "I've known that girl for years and she has done nothing wrong."

"She probably has you fooled." Red Arrow, aka Roy said.

Wally shook his head. "Look we don't know who the mole is, but I guarantee that it can't be (Y/N)." Wally said.

Robin nodded. "We have to stay whelmed. (Y/N) has been spending a lot of time in the cave and she practically lives here."

"That gives her more access to stuff." Roy said.

Robin, aka Dick, shook his head. "Roy just stop."

Superboy, Conner, was growing a bit irritated at Roy's accusations. "(Y/N) has lived here with M'gann and I for the past few weeks. She is very nice and very polite. So back off."

Roy was pissed that his friends weren't listening to him and then he went home. The others stood in the training room. They were wondering who the mole was, but they knew it wasn't you.

You were in your bedroom eating some popcorn. You were watching a movie on your laptop, a gift from Robin, and you had your headphones in. It was your favorite movie. When you have a favorite movie you couldn't just watch it once. No one could. Everyone would re-watch their favorite movies, to the point they could list lines down to the last breath.

You became mute when you were about five years old, you were made fun of because you had trouble with your speech and you had lost you parents. Everyone would make fun of you throughout school and you grew up not too far from Artemis, she was really your only friend but she was a grade ahead of you so she couldn't do much about the bullying. You two would hang out and she would show you some self defense moves just for fun. One time you accidentally walked into a scene where she was with Green Arrow and she took off her mask. Artemis and Green Arrow made you swear not to let anyone know, which you kept. Green Arrow found you very trustworthy and asked Black Canary to teach you.

Black Canary took an instant liking to you, because you were a sweetheart. You tried to see the bright side of everything and would use logical reasoning. You were smart like Robin, polite like Kaldur, and helpful like M'gann. Black Canary got the Justice League to let you join the team by telling them about you and the Justice League agreed. When you met the team, they all adored you right away. Even Conner.

Due to not having really a stable place to live, they moved you into Mount Justice and you lived there. M'gann just loved having you around. Conner liked having you around, because sometimes he would need someone to talk to and he didn't know who to turn to. He turned into a big brother towards you, and when anyone would make you upset at school there he was. Conner and the team would never let anyone make fun of you or belittle you.

Someone opened your door and you looked up. It was Dick. You took your headphones out.

"Hey. You alright? I have no clue if you head what was being said." He asked.

You began to sign to him. "I heard yelling, it sounded like Red Arrow. I couldn't hear what it was all about because I was watching a movie." You signed.

Dick smiled. "Okay. Well I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying your movie."

"Thank you again for the computer." You signed to him. "It means a lot to me."
