Powers:
She can create illusions, speak telepathically and even control somebody's mind along with a glitch teleportation ability. Basically she's a lab experiment gone wrong. She also has a similar skill set as Natasha Romanoff which include seduction, manipulation, and other fighting skills.

Her past, needles, losing, told she's weak or useless, the Red Room, corrupt mind, temper, violent tendencies.

Bio:
Cassadania was born in Russia but abandoned at the age of 5 by her family who suffered from poverty and couldn't care for her. That's when she was taken in by the Red Room and spent her childhood/teenage years being trained. She later joined Hydra and went on missions for them. At 23 she volunteered for a special experiment which granted her those special powers. She had a few run ins with Zemo, usually just mocking him or going on a mission for him. Once she heard that he was free from prison, she quickly made it her task to see the man once again.
