she'll never know that she saved my life
she'll never know it's was not once or twice
she picked up the phone
and she didn't moan
she repaired my throne
her kindest was shown
it was the most wonderful thankless act of benevolence I'd ever known
she point blank refused to talk about herself
she did not look back once while she repaired my health
she calmed me down
she inverted my frown
she replaced my crown
she assured I did not drown
