Karen fucking winked at you.

You were done with her bullshit.

You quickly appeared behind Karen. Knife in hand and up to her throat.

"Don't get cocky now~"

The room filled up with darkness. You looked around the room confused. You saw a bright light, it was a doorway. You ran to it but it seemed to take hours. You went in the light. You opened your eyes.

"Hey, you're awake. We didn't think you were going to wake up for a while"

"Huh..?"

"You were in a serious car accident sweetie.."

"What..?"

A nurse walked in, she looked like Karen! 

"Alright, we may have to- Oh! She's awake!"

You stared at 'Karen'.

"Hello Ms. (Y/n). I've been your nurse ever since you got in this room. My name is Stephanie."

"Why do you look like... The woman that..."

"That what?"

"Nevermind."

"How long does she have to stay here?"

"A few days at best. She needs physical therapy."

"So, it was all a dream?"

"Yes, you were in a coma for 1 month."

"Huh."

You smiled.

"Good thing that's over with.."

You then looked out the window.

You watched how the birds danced around and sung. It was pretty.

"I'm feeling tired, I'm going to sleep again."

"Alright, it is dusk, enjoy the rest."

You fell asleep, you were in your dream, you were in the middle of a flower field. The sun was setting, you sat up and watched the sunset.
