Funny how we can laugh at silly jokes and I lay my head on your lap while you kiss my forehead and tell me everything will be just fine
We sway to the rhythm of our hearts and each pulse is like heaven.
Free of hatred and sadness but filled with love and happiness
You were a rock that I needed to lean on but when I offered to be yours you said I'm not strong enough
I crumbled under the pressure
lime stone? maybe,
but I'm sure that I'll be okay
Funny how I don't know you anymore
Funny how we drifted apart
Funny how your smile doesn't brighten my day
Funny how our hearts sync for another
And funny how this soft rock is now strong enough for a new body who is ready for its support.
