New Gamer Friend

 I wake up, looking out the window only seeing the sun setting.

" How long did I sleep for"?

I look around my new room. My console not plugged into the tv yet. Might as well get that over with. I pull out my extension chord connecting it to an outlet. I place my console on the furniture, under the tv. 

" Before I start playing, I want a quick Snack"

I leave the room, closing the door behind me. I'm not used to living here so I should ask Rolf if there's anything to eat. I knock on the door that was next to mine, assuming it was Rolf's room.

" Rolf? Are you In there? I'm coming in "

I open the door, Only to realize that this was the bathroom.

"oof"

I knock on the door that's next to the bathroom.

"Rolf? Are you there"?

Rolf:" Yes, Rolf is in here, please enter".

 I open the door seeing Rolf relaxing on his bed.

" Umm, Rolf, I'm kinda hungry and I was wondering if I could get something to eat? I was just asking you because I just moved here and I don't wan't to be rude".

Rolf:" But cousin y/n, you live here now, you don't need to ask me. Feel free to use Rolf's kitchen"

" Thanks Rolf".

I leave Rolf's room, closing his door on my way out.

" Time to get some gamer fuel " 

I walk to the kitchen and make myself (Whatever your craving)

-Time Skip to when done eating-

I head back to my room with a full stomach.....the best feeling in the world. I grab my controller and start up my console. I lay on my bed and plug in my headphones.

"Let's see...What to play"?

"How about Overwatch (Sorry if you don't like this game)"

I enter the main screen and choose quick play . I join a random team and turn on chat.

" What's up, Ready for a win"?

_DorkSlayer_ :" Hell Yeah"!

We play a match together and ended up winning. I even got play of the game.

_DorkSlayer_:" lemme add you. You're really good at this game".

"Alright, cool"

I received a friend request from _DorkSlayer_. I accepted it.

"Wanna play another match"?

_DorkSlayer_:" Sure"

~Time Skip to getting some wins and losses~

I look at the time, it's 12:26 am. I hope I didn't bother Rolf with my loud talking, I should apologize to him in the morning.

"Hey man, it's been real fun playing with you. It's getting late and Imma get off".

_DorkSlayer_:" Alright, I never got your name though".

"It's y/n"

_DorkSlayer_:" Mine's Kevin, well good night then"

"Night".

And with that I turn off my console. I lay on my bed using my phone, wondering what my mom could be up to right now. I drift into a deep sleep even though my phone fell onto my face.

-Next Morning-

*knock* *knock*

Rolf:" Cousin y/n, Rolf has made the morning supper"!

"ughhh...huh...oh thanks Rolf, I'll be there in a sec".

I get up off of my bed. I take off my pj's and put my bra's on. I grab a sweater and put it on as well as a pair of jeans (you pick the color).

Opening the door to my room, I walk to the kitchen. It smells good, smells like pancakes.

Rolf:" Good morning cousin y/n, Rolf has made you pancakes. Please enjoy them".

"Thank you for making me breakfast".

Rolf smiles at me.

Rolf:" well hurry up, yes. Rolf plans to hang out with friends. You should come with me"!

I stuff pancakes in my mouth while looking at Rolf. I just thought about it for a bit. Maybe this could be a good opportunity to make friends, since I wasn't really good at doing that.

"Alright Rolf, I'll join you"

Rolf:" Yes this will be fun for cousin
y/n".

I mutter under my breath.

"... I hope so..."
