"Aww, shit!! I'm late for that photo shoot!!" I said as I ran fast
I ran through all the streets passing many people watching the news above.
"Who can be behind all these mystery murders? Many people decided to call him kira" Said the news reporter above the big, wide screen. I stopped running and stood watching the screen.
Mystery murders..could it be? No...It couldn't the shinigami left back to their world...unless..
"Layla!!!"
I turned around to the voice who broke my thoughts. "Misa!! Oh I'm sorry I was late! The streets are full of people you know!" I said trying to laugh it off. Misa, my younger sister loves photo shoots so much that, if I'm late she would be mad. Well, Misa is a very cheery kind of person, but if you upset her...it will be to late to go back.
"It's allright! I understand the busy streets of Japan..come on then! Let's goooo!!" said Misa Cheerfully
I sighed in relief..
*Timeskip evening*
"Wow...I'm tired!" yawned Misa "Same here" I said and yawned too.
"Let's go back to the house" I said tired to walk anywhere.
"Okay..let's get something to eat first!" Misa said happily
"Arhggg...Okay okay misa!" I said losing
We walked inside of a fast food restaurant and sat down.
"Hey, misa you can go order..besides you took us here" I said
"Fine! But I get extra frys!" Misa said and walked off to order.
The door opened and someone came in. I didn't notice, fact that I was truly tired.
"Oh! Sup Layla"
I yawned "Oh..Um hey" I said not bothered to look up to the mystery voice.
"Pretty tired uh? Photo shoot today?" He said
"Yeah.." I responded
"May I sit?" he asked me
"Yeah..yeah sure!" I said closing my eyes
He sat down. I opened my eyes and saw my friend!
Light yagami!
"Omg!! Hello Light!" I said just realizing who he was
He laughed. "Haha! I'm sorry! You know my photo shoots ain't fun for me.." I said smiling
"So how have you been lately?" I asked him nicely
"Well..I've been pretty busy...with school..and..the notebook.."
He said whispering the last part
"The what!?" I whispered back
"Nothing! Nothing.." He said back smiling
The notebook....the notebook...
He is talking about the death note!
"Hey...I got to go..you want to come over my house?" he asked
"Oh, um sure May my sister Misa come too?" I asked suddenly remembered about her.
"Sure! My sister wants to see Misa again!" light said
Misa got her order and we began walking to light's house.
