Cook outs!

It's a Saturday and today My mom planned having a cook out with the family. Everybody was gonna be there family to friends. My mom was everywhere preparing this. "Laurian Sydney is here!" She yelled as I was running down stairs in a towel. When I came down I saw Sydney and Ty, they both were wearing green shirts that said Don't touch I'm taken! It was cute. "Hey y'all I'll be right down after I get changed." I said running back up stairs. "Okay we'll be down here waiting." Sydney said about to sit on the couch but my mom tells her and Ty to help. I put on casual clothes I put my denim shorts and blue shirt on. I ran down stairs and found Sydney and Ty in the kitchen helping my mom. "Laurian go put these out on the table." My mom said handing me plates, cups, forks, knifes and spoons. I grabbed them all and went outside starting to put them on each table and Sydney and Ty followed. "So I see y'all matching." I said putting the cups on the tables. "Yea we want to show that we're in love." Sydney said grabbing Ty hand. I laughed and put the rest of the things on the table and turned on the radio. "Looks like y'all matching too." Ty said as I looked at him in confusion. "What are you talking about?" I said as he pointed behind me. I turned and found Daniel in a blue shirt and denim pants. Sydney giggled at Ty who was trying to dance to the music that was playing as I walked to Daniel. "Hey bae what are you doing here?" I asked giving him a hug. "Well your mom invited me and I wanted to see you. I had no idea you were gonna wear blue thoe." He said walking to Ty and dancing with him. Sydney and I started to laugh. Daniel pulled me to dance him so I did. Family and friends started coming, all the kids and adults were doing things it looked nice. Everybody was eating, dancing, singing and playing games. I'm hugging and meeting new family members and friends from left to right. Fixing little kid's plates and my grandmom's. We ate and Daniel was really hitting it off with my family. "You are a charming young man." My grandmom said as Daniel said "thank you and you are beautiful." I smiled and told my grandmom we have to see more people. I grabbed Daniel and we walked around. Finally I found my favorite cousin Xyla, she is 1 years old. I took her with us going to my room and closed the door. "Finally I get to see your room!" Daniel said pumping his fist in the air. I just laughed and rolled my eyes putting Xyla on my bed. "Aww look at Xyla." Sydney said cooing at her. "Can I hold her?" Ty said. "If she let you." I said taking pictures of Sydney as she tried to block her face. "Laurian!" My mom called from the bottom of the steps. "Yes?" I said opening my room door and going down a couple of stairs. "Xyla has to leave give her to me and I'll give her to mommom." She said sending me to get Xyla. I went up stairs and took Xyla from Ty and went down stairs to give her to my mom. I went back up stairs in my room and shut the door. "Laurian come here." Daniel said pulling me on his lap. "I'm gonna go eat and watch the game." Ty said going down stairs. Daniel pulled out his phone and put it on front camera. click! The phone took the picture, "I wasn't ready." I said pouting as I heard another click. Daniel starts laughing "okay, okay, I quit let's take the picture right this time." He said as I smiled and he smirked. The picture was actually cute I liked it. "Can you send that to me?" I said as Sydney laid in the bed to take a nap. I grabbed his phone and put the picture as his background. "Ya know what I'm not gonna change this." He said as I got off his lap. "Good and I'm gonna put this as my background." It was a picture of us making funny faces. "Okay." He said getting up. "Where you going?" I asked him before he went down stairs. "I'm gonna eat. I'm starving." He said rubbing his stomach. "Okay I'll be up here." I said turning on the tv. "Okay." He said going downstairs. I laid right in
next to Sydney who was sound asleep and dosed off. After taking a 5 minute sleep I woke up. Sydney and Daniel was just sitting there on they're phones. I let a loud yawn out and they looked over to me. "You finally woke up." Sydney said grabbing her purse. "Where you going?" I said getting up to stretch. "We are going skating." Daniel said putting his coat on. "You guys leaving me?" I said as Ty came in the door. "Come on your coming too." Daniel said giving me my jacket. "I can't I have to help my mom with the cook out." I said putting my jacket on the bed. "No your mom said it's okay." Ty said picking my jacket up and giving it to me. "Well I'm coming." I said putting my jacket on and putting my hair in a messy ponytail.
