Eros POV
Naabutan naming umiinom ng alak sa Kairus sa bandang sala. I looked at Ashtrid with her sleepy eyes. She even massaged the back of his neck and yawned.
"Eros, my brother! Where have you been?" Kairus uttered when he saw us.
Nanlaki naman ang mata ni Ashtrid at umirap kay Kairus nang magtama ang tingin nila. Do they fucking know each other?
"Who is she?" Kairus asked with a smile. Hindi ko naman alam kung bakit bigla akong nairita.
"Why do you care?" Ashtrid spat and crossed her arms.
Tumingin naman siya sa akin "Eros, I'll sleep first. May masamang hangin." She spat sarcastically and looked at Kairus as she emphasized "masamang hangin" and walked out.
Pabalibag niya pang isinara ang kanyang pintuan. I glared at Kairus na ngayon ay tumatawa na.
"What did you fucking to do her?" I asked
"Hindi ko alam! Napikon ko ata." ani niya na umiiling pa.
"Don't tell me she's yo-"
"She's my wife, Kairus. So stay the fuck away."
He laughed so hard. I clenched my teeth more. Does he think I'm joking?
"Are you jealous?"
"I'm not!"
Tumango nalang siya pero yung tingin niya hindi naman naniniwala.
"Kelan ka aalis?" I asked.
"I'm staying here." He said, smirking.
"I don't need you here."
"I don't need your permission to stay here. Aalis ako kung gusto ko."
Hindi nalang ako umimik sa sinabi ng kapatid. It's clear as the day that he didn't like here. Kaya noon pa man ay umalis na siya. Father was so angry at him, so I had no choice but to rule this damn place.
Ashtrid's POV
I washed up and changed. Kapatid ba talaga ni Eros yon? Malaki ang pagkakahawig nila so baka totoo nga.
Dahil hindi pa ako makatulog, nagpagdesisyunan ko muna na pumunta sa library.
Nakakabinging katahimikan ang bumalot sa hallway. There were yellow lights from each of its sides looking like a torch. There were countless of paintings hung on the wall and because of its length, the hallways seemes unending.
